About this role

Deliver early intervention and pediatric speech therapy to children ages 2–10 in home and community settings. Language delays, ASD, AAC, and feeding are core to this caseload. The $85/hr rate is set at the top of the San Diego regional market.

Candidates must reside within — or be fully willing to relocate to — Southern California.

Responsibilities

🧒Provide pediatric speech therapy for children ages 2–10 with developmental delays, ASD, and speech sound disorders.
📋Evaluate articulation, receptive/expressive language, social communication, and feeding/swallowing; build individualized treatment plans.
🏡Deliver direct in-home and community-based speech therapy during in-person field blocks.
💻Conduct telehealth sessions, documentation, and care planning during remote home-office blocks.
🤝Supervise SLPAs and/or Clinical Fellows and collaborate with families, OTs, and BCBAs on skill generalization.

License & certification

✔️Required: Active California SLP license, ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), BLS Healthcare Provider Certificate, valid CA driver's license.
🌎Out-of-state license accepted — California licensure by endorsement fully reimbursed.
