About this role

Bring high-impact speech and language interventions directly to families in their natural environments, under the guidance of a supportive CCC-SLP Clinical Supervisor. This is a 100% in-person, on-the-ground clinical role — no remote or virtual components.

Responsibilities

  • 🗣️Deliver naturalistic direct therapy focused on articulation, expressive/receptive language, and AAC use per established treatment plans.
  • 👨‍👩‍👧Use caregiver coaching models during home visits so communication goals transfer into daily family routines.
  • 📋Maintain timely digital SOAP notes tracking daily performance and milestones for supervisor review.
  • 🗓️Coordinate scheduling directly with families to maximize care compliance within your assigned territory.

License & experience

  • ✔️Required: Active California SLPA registration/license, Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders, BLS certificate, valid CA driver's license.
  • Preferred: 1 year of pediatric or early intervention experience — passionate new grads encouraged to apply.
