About this role
Keulogis is recruiting a Licensed Psychologist to serve as Clinical Supervisor for up to 3 psychology residents (doctoral students) in a part-time, fully remote, W-2 position. You will provide clinical oversight and supervision, ensuring high-quality, ethical, well-documented care. Residents report to you for training and development.
Responsibilities
- 🎓Provide regular clinical supervision to up to 3 psychology residents (doctoral students), who report to you for training and development.
- 📋Review cases, treatment plans, assessments, and progress documentation for clinical quality and compliance.
- 🧠Guide residents on diagnostic formulation, evidence-based interventions, risk assessment, and crisis response.
- ✍️Maintain supervision records and sign off on documentation as required by licensing and payer standards.
- 🔒Uphold ethical, legal, and confidentiality standards, including HIPAA.
- 🤝Collaborate with leadership on program quality, policies, and clinical outcomes.
License & qualifications
- ✔️Required: PhD or PsyD in Psychology from an accredited program, and an active, unrestricted California psychologist license.
- ✔️No prior supervision experience required. Must meet the qualifications to supervise doctoral-level psychology residents under applicable licensing board rules.
- 💻Comfortable with telehealth platforms and secure electronic documentation.
- 🌟Nice to have: Bilingual (Spanish/English).
