About this role

Keulogis is placing Mental Health Technicians with residential behavioral health programs, crisis stabilization units, and community psychiatric settings across San Diego County. You'll work directly alongside licensed clinical staff — supporting clients through structured programming, behavioral support plan implementation, and safety monitoring in a therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities

  • 👁️Monitor client safety and behavior throughout daily programming and residential activities.
  • 📋Implement individualized behavioral support plans under the direction of RNs and clinical supervisors.
  • 🎯Facilitate structured therapeutic activities, groups, and daily living skill development.
  • 🧘Support crisis de-escalation using approved techniques (e.g., CPI, verbal de-escalation).

Credentials & qualifications

  • ✔️Required: High school diploma or GED, BLS/CPR certification, direct care experience in a behavioral health, residential, or psychiatric setting.
  • Preferred: De-escalation or crisis intervention certification (CPI or equivalent), familiarity with trauma-informed care.
