About this role

Execute play-based occupational therapy interventions for pediatric clients ages 2–10 in their primary, natural environments, under the guidance of a licensed OTR supervisor. This is a 100% in-person, on-the-ground clinical role — no remote or virtual duties.

Responsibilities

  • 🧒Execute fine motor, gross motor, visual-motor, and sensory processing interventions designed by the supervising OTR.
  • 🎯Address behavioral and sensory boundaries using positive reinforcement and environmental adaptations within the home.
  • 📋Document daily clinical SOAP notes and track functional progress for regular supervisor review.
  • 🤝Collaborate face-to-face with families to implement home exercise programs and lifestyle adaptations.

License & experience

  • ✔️Required: Active California COTA license, NBCOT certification, BLS Healthcare Provider Certificate, valid CA driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Preferred: 1 year of pediatric, sensory integration, or autism-focused experience — qualifies for top-tier scale entry.
